We're looking to fill the following roles. If you have experience in multiple areas, that's even better, but we're specifically seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in one of the following positions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to expand their skills and grow within the company over time.

Contract Processor / Office Administrator

Overview:

This position involves data entry and providing administrative support to project managers. There is potential for growth into a project management role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process contracts and confirm project financing.

- Collect necessary documentation for construction contracts.

- Schedule team meetings and maintain updated schedules.

- Ensure systems are kept up to date at all times.

- Pull permits from building departments upon request.

- Coordinate project testing when needed.

Training:

Training will be provided for this position, regardless of your experience.

Solar Proposal Designer

Overview:

This role requires prior experience designing solar proposals for sales representatives using design tools such as Aurora, Open Solar, and similar platforms. A solid understanding of the platforms is required—not just the sales presentation side.

Key Responsibilities:

- Add and update solar products within design tools.

- Update financing options to reflect the latest rates and terms.

- Design proposals based on sales rep and homeowner feedback.

- Ensure timely submission of proposals.

- Assist with basic solar financing questions from sales reps.

Training:

Training will be provided for this position, regardless of your experience.

Compensation

- Pay range: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience.
