Implementation Specialist

Summary: Oversee the implementation of new contracts, set up basic system parameters, coordinate all components required to implement a timely and successful program start up.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Track schedule & progress of all set up properties and follow installation progress where applicable.

Regularly communicate status to all parties involved both internal and external.

Review all incoming new contracts, renewals, and service changes and additions.

Coordinate and track progress of all phases.

Communicate status both internally and externally.

Accurately track and report status

Set up certain program parameters in UBS. Set phases: 1) Initial contact, 2) Contract review, 3) training, 4) Set Up system, rates, 5) compliance and training 6) Meters 7) Pre-billing
