Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for an Operations Support Specialist opportunity in Johnson City, TN.
- Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide Office Management support for a large construction project.
- Provide support to Project Manager, Project Engineers, and other project staff.
- Monitor and order inventory for office and construction project.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages.
- File and organize records, invoices, and other project forms and documentation.
- Submit and coordinate work orders, as needed by the project.
- Monitor and track project deliverables.
- Attend project meetings.
- Develop and prepare reports and provide presentation of findings.
- Responsible for configuration management, tracking CAD drawings, assisting with 3D designs, and document control.
- High school diploma
- 4+ years of experience in design and document control for industrial projects is required.- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work and coordinate well with multiple intercompany organizations.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to self-direct with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Must be a US Citizen
