- Plan & execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for leak-detection solutions.
- Analyze customer implementations (dashboards, alarm metrics) to recommend solution improvement or workflow changes that maximize leak-detection performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during solution implementation, providing customer-facing support when necessary to answer technical questions or resolve issues
- Create and maintain test plans, reports, and documentation.
- Identify software defects, provide detailed reports (bugs), and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on solution requirements.
- Maintain high-quality standards through rigorous testing, reporting, and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes, test methods, and product/solution development.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (STEM field preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with issue tracking and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).- Two or more (2+) years of experience in implementation, field engineering, or systems integration, preferably in oil & gas, utilities, or industrial IoT
- Familiarity with pipeline systems, leak detection technologies, or real-time monitoring solutions
- Familiarity with SaaS environments and enterprise software deployments is highly desirable
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
