HVAC Selling Technician (4yrs exp req)

Job Summary

Advantage Home Performance is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities

Maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units

Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.

Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.

Collaborate with property maintenance teams to design and implement efficient HVAC solutions for various building types.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and equipment maintenance schedules.

Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Equipment Sales – Must be willing learn how to perform load calcs and duct design.

HVAC Service Technician Experience

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.

Familiarity with air conditioning systems, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable.

Experience in property maintenance or related fields is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for van driving responsibilities.

Requirements:

· Must have a minimum of five years of HVAC install and service experience

MUST be able to pass regular drug testing; be open to background checks; and have a valid driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record

· MUST be willing to work afterhours and occasional weekends and holidays

· MUST have excellent customer service skills

· Basic computer skills: Excell & Word

· Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00- $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
