HVAC Manager for Industrial Site

Elite Mechanical is hiring a Site Manager for Commercial HVAC to ensure performance of daily operations of HVAC systems within a local Industrial plant In Bismarck. Minimum 2 years commercial HVAC service experience. $25-$35/ hr DOE

Able to diagnose, schedule, service and prepare reports of maintained commercial HVAC equipment.

Some project management experience with developing an improvement or replacement plan of deteriating HVAC equipment.

Supervise and work with others on the site team or independently.

Communicate site polices and enforce safety procedures, including OSHA compliances.

Good communication skills orally, written and computer. (computer skills needed)

Good driving record with valid driver’s license at least 18 years old.
