Levco is committed to providing Heating Oil & Propane delivery and the highest quality HVAC service to thousands of homeowners in CT. Our team of 50+ is diverse and welcoming, all working towards making Levco the premier Oil, Propane, and HVAC service provider in CT.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. If that describes you, look no further, apply now!

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support the technicians through effective schedule planning, tools/parts organization, and timely customer interactions

- Dispatch service technicians to daily worksites

- Monitor service schedule to effectively balance the number of jobs each day and ensure their accurate completion

- Schedule technicians for service, maintenance, and installations

- Assist service technicians with information and research as needed

- Assist customers with appointment scheduling, account changes, and service work follow-ups.

- Enter tickets from our technicians’ work and create invoices based on the work performed.

- Effectively route oil and propane deliveries for our drivers

- Work closely with the service team, office staff, and management to complete tasks and improve efficiency

Qualifications and Skills:

- Time management

- Familiarity with Windows-based computer applications

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, proactive working style, and extremely organized

- Team player

- Inquisitive and relentless problem solver

Preferred:

- Bachelor's Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
