Overview:

Pembina Pipeline Corporation’s Calgary office is recruiting for a Human Resources Co-op Student to join the team for an 8-month term from September to April 2026. This position reports to the Acting Supervisor, Employee Services, in the Human Resources Service Unit (HSU), part of Pembina’s Corporate Services Division. The Human Resources Department helps the various business and service units by ensuring we recruit, develop and retain the necessary talent needed to achieve the organization's strategic goals.

As a member of the HR Operations team, the successful candidate will support key activities primarily for the Employee Services team, while also demonstrating flexibility to support team members across Talent Acquisition, HR Strategic Advisory, Compliance and Technical Training, HRIS, Payroll, and others. The Human Services Unit (HSU) acts to create a differentiated experience for our employees so that we can deliver extraordinary energy solutions so the world can thrive. Functional areas within HSU include Human Resources Strategic Partnerships and Advisory, Culture, Inclusion & Leadership, Employee Experience Solutions Centre, and Human Resources Operations.
