As our Recruiting Intern, you’ll play a key role in prescreening and vetting candidates for inspection roles, making sure only the best make it through the pipeline. You'll also get hands-on experience learning how to actively source top-tier talent—think LinkedIn sleuthing, outreach strategies, and recruiter hacks.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* Answer the recruiting phone line and serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates—answering questions, providing information, and representing our team with professionalism and friendliness.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES* Currently seeking a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Internal – Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
Work involves standing, walking, and bending. Work normally requires reaching in all directions, seeing, and hearing with or without correction, applying basic mathematical skills, writing, and moderate computer keyboard skills. Work may require extended hours to ensure project and reporting deadlines are met. Does not require manual work.
