Danos Expectation:
The HR Business Partner supports employee relations, compliance, HR projects, performance management, and talent development. The HRBP will proactively address organizational needs and drive a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities:
•Serve as a strategic HR partner to operational and functional leaders across multiple business units.
•Lead and advise on employee relations, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution.
•Collaborate with team members on employee development, training needs assessments, and instructional design.
•Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
•Analyze HR metrics and deliver insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
•Partner with safety, compliance, and legal teams to ensure HR practices meet operational and regulatory requirements.
•Complete customer specific projects in partnership with Operations.
•Conduct training on various topics related to Human Resources compliance and employee development.
•Assist with compensation management including providing guidance to members of the management team.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
•5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in oil & gas, construction, or industrial services. 10+ years preferred.
•Demonstrated experience supporting diverse field-based and corporate teams.
•Strong knowledge of employment law, performance management, and organizational development.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
•Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
•SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
