Nikkiso is hiring for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our Cryogenic Process Systems Business Unit headquartered in Seal Beach and our Energy Infrastructure and Special Projects Business Unit headquartered in Irvine. With direct reporting line to the business unit Presidents and dotted line to EVP HR, the HRBP is a key member of the management team and responsible for aligning HR practices and serving as an advisor to management and employees on all HR topics.
The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion who assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates proactively, and seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position fosters partnerships to deliver value-added service and support.
