As an HRBP, you'll be more than just a partner — you'll be a strategic ally to our business unit leaders, helping drive performance, engagement, and culture. Under the supervision of the HR Director and our experienced HR Business Managers, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of human resources. Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing:* Be a Talent Matchmaker: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to offer—and represent us at job fairs and hiring events.

Qualifications: About You (Qualifications & Experience)

Ideal candidates will have:

✅ Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or Minimum of 2 years of HR supervisory experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

✅ High attention to detail, with a hands-on, proactive approach

✅ Passionate about helping people grow and building a thriving workplace culture Your Work Schedule & Hours* This position is based on-site in Encinal, Texas.
