Founded in 2007, today, B2Gold has operating gold mines in Mali, Namibia and the Philippines, the Goose Project under construction in northern Canada, and numerous development and exploration projects in various countries including Mali, Colombia, and Finland.

Position

HSES Integrated Management System (IMS) Specialist

Introduction

Reporting directly to the Director, Sustainability, and occasionally receiving direction from other managers and supervisors across the Company, this role is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a fully integrated Health, Safety, Environment, and Social (HSES) Management System across our operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead a multi-year transformation initiative that aligns with global best practices (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and advances the Company’s goals related to operational excellence, sustainability, and risk management.

Location

This is a full-time position based at B2Gold Corporate Office in Vancouver, Canada with a flexible work arrangement option available.

B2Gold offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience, knowledge and skill set, and a comprehensive benefit package for employees and their eligible dependents. The base salary range for this position is CAD $95,000-120,000 per annum,

which is the anticipated pay at the time of hire but does not reflect similar future job opportunities. Details of the total compensation package will be shared during the interview process.
