HSE Assistant – Job Description
The HSE Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) departments. This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical duties, working closely with HSE staff and other department managers to ensure compliance, organization, and efficiency within the department.

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
•Experience with new hire processing and general administrative support
Primary Responsibilities
•Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
•Assist with audits and various departmental projects
•Verify and maintain employee records and documentation
•Update and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports
•Manage internal safety tracking systems and databases
•Upload and maintain compliance data in external systems (ISNetworld, Veriforce, etc.)
•Process Tribal ID cards for employees
•Create and maintain DOT driver qualification files
•Submit safety performance metrics to HSE Manager
•Provide backup administrative support for HR functions as needed
This role requires a reliable and detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The HSE Assistant is a key contributor to the overall success and operational efficiency of the HSE department.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
