The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Consultant will serve as system administrator for assigned Workday module(s) and as a liaison between Human Resources, Information Technology and system vendors to ensure all needs are met within the HR Systems solution. This role will require a natural curiosity to improve our systems and processes, while keeping the needs of the business top of mind. Responsibilities/Expectations:
, Serves as system administrator for assigned Workday module(s) and as a liaison between Human Resources, Information Technology, and system vendors to ensure all needs are met within the HR Systems solution. Responsible for maintenance and operation of HR system functional configurations and data integrity. May lead projects of moderate scope and complexity. Maintains Workday functional configurations, provides ad hoc query support, diagnoses and provides solutions to technical issues while also reviewing and implementing module(s) enhancements. Monitors trends in HR systems and data management. Develops solutions aligned with customer needs and expectations.
