Help with duties and responsibilities related to all aspects of staffing, recruiting and hiring processes including screening, applicant testing, onboarding and maintenance of applicable documentation.
Assist with completing staffing and recruiting processes to fill vacancies including:
Compile, maintain, and prepare documentation of staffing activities such as job application information, interview questions, job descriptions, employee documentation, job offers, and correspondence.
Attend and support career fairs and other recruiting events, as needed.
Use computers to track, compile, and prepare employment data.
Provide information and assistance relative to staffing processes to employees, supervisors, applicants, industry peers, and others.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
Preferred associate's degree human resources or related field with previous experience working with a variety of human resource functions or equivalent formal education to include a combination of courses such as speech, algebra, personnel management, computer sciences, human resources/employment law, or composition
Working knowledge of conducting employment interviews and analyzing applicant information.
Working knowledge of human resource policies and procedures applicable to position.
Working knowledge of the use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including using microcomputer software applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Compile and prepare information and reports pertaining to employee data, interview questions, applicant statistics, policies, procedures, and correspondence.
Develop information and make presentations to groups and individuals.
Read and interpret manuals, reports, governmental regulations, training materials, job information, documentation, policies, procedures, and correspondence.
Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings.
