Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an Entry-Level HR Assistant. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin their career in HR, providing support across various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities
•Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
•Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation coordination
•Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially
•Assist in organizing employee training sessions, meetings, and events
•Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
•Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
