HR Manager

Position Brief

- HR Manager / Office Department

- Position: Full Time: 40hrs per week / On-site M-F / Greensboro, NC

- This position will report to Sr. HR manager.

Qualification

- Minimum B.S. degree.

- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience.

- Manufacturing HR experience is highly preferred.

- HR related License is plus

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a speedy recruitment pipeline to attract top talent.

- Serve as a full-cycle recruitment executer.

- Support daily human resources operations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

- Provide effective communicational support to the management team across a range of HR functions and initiatives.
