Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged workforce. - Lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through HRIS systems like Workday, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training & development programs.
- Develop and implement effective performance management systems, including employee evaluation procedures and succession planning strategies to support organizational growth.
- Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing using platforms such as ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws like FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation regulations.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts through conflict management techniques, fostering open communication channels, and maintaining positive employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards by staying current on legal updates related to OSHA, FMLA, and other regulations; prepare contracts; and manage HR documentation using HRIS tools like Oracle HCM or UltiPro.
- Supervise HR sourcing activities to attract diverse talent pools; design organization structures; and facilitate change management initiatives aligned with strategic planning objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on HR program management efforts focused on process improvement, organizational design, and human capital management strategies that enhance overall productivity.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and benefits administration practices.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo or iCIMS.
- Strong negotiation skills for contract discussions and vendor relationships related to HR services or benefits programs.
- Demonstrated experience supervising HR teams; managing performance management systems; conducting employee evaluations; and leading training & development initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Ceridian for data collection, analysis skills, payroll processing, and process improvement efforts.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership; facilitating employee orientation; resolving conflicts; and managing change management projects effectively.
- Ability to analyze data for strategic planning purposes; budget effectively for HR programs; and implement innovative solutions that support organizational goals.
