Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions. This role will work closely with various HR teams to support talent initiatives, employee engagement, onboarding, and data analysis, while contributing to continuous process improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
•Partner with HR teams (Talent, Recruitment, Benefits, DE&I, etc.) to support organizational talent strategies.
•Assist HR Business Partners with performance management, succession planning, and compensation cycles.
•Advise managers on performance improvement and handle routine employee relations matters.
•Facilitate employee training and development sessions.
•Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
•Participate in HR projects such as career pathing and organizational planning.
•Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes for greater efficiency.
•Manage ad hoc data requests and provide data-driven insights to support HR initiatives.

Education:
•Bachelor’s degree required.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.50 per week
