Utili-Serve is seeking a Human Resources Generalist
Reporting to the Human Resources Director (HRD), the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) performs both tactical and strategic responsibilities in the day-to-day operation of the human resources department. The HRG will assist the HRD in the coordination of human resources activities such as: recruitment and talent acquisition; onboarding and offboarding; administration of compensation and benefit plans/programs; performance evaluations; employee relations; staff training and development; companywide driver compliance and safety programs; personnel policy/procedure development, administration, execution; adherence to all relevant federal and state employment laws, regulations, and requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in a human resources related field; HRCI or SHRM certification desired; bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
Experience: At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in human resources as a generalist or coordinator is necessary. Prior experience in the utility power services construction sector is desired.
