We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and assist our approximately 100 employees in all HR matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent;
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development programs;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations;
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce;
- Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes;
- Collaborate with senior management to support organizational development and change management; and
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work locations and additional factors, including job-related skill, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only and do not include any bonus or benefits.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred (may substitute 10 year’s experience in increasing HR management responsibilities for degree);
- Proven experience as a Director of Human Resources or similar role;
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations;
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; and
- Experience with HR software and tools, specifically Paylocity.
