The Hotshot Driver is responsible for assigned transportation functions to ensure continuous production consistent with established standards. This job requires 75% travel and long and/or irregular hours.

- Must maintain a valid Class C license and medical card with a good record and no major violations.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Pick up and deliver equipment/employees to hotel and/or location.

- Complete tasks in the shop areas as requested by management.

- Perform complete pre- and post-trip inspections of all equipment to reduce/eliminate breakdowns.

- Must be able to operate safely within high traffic/congested areas as well as very rural areas.

- Complete logbook and other paperwork meeting all DOT and company record keeping requirements.

- Other project as assigned by management.

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience: 1-3 years verifiable work experience along with basic mechanical abilities to work in the shop area and location as needed or as deemed sufficient by management.

Work Schedule: A flexible work schedule is required to meet the demands of the industry. Due to the nature of the business, weekend and evening hours are necessary. Hours may be long and irregular. Travel to other locations is required as per business needs.

Other Requirements: Must have valid driver's license, meet minimum driving requirements for company insurance purposes, and successfully pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.

Work Environment is non-traditional. Frequent trips to remote job sites will require working in a variety of potentially harsh weather conditions.
