Nova NRG is expanding its in-home sales team in South Florida and is looking for experienced home-services sales consultants who know how to manage a sales conversation from start to finish.
This position is built for people who already understand in-home selling. Homeowners are pre-qualified and expecting the visit. Your responsibility is to run a structured presentation, guide the homeowner through the decision, and stay on top of follow-up until the deal is closed.
This is not a volume call-center role and not a door-to-door position. If you’ve sold solar, roofing, HVAC, or similar high-ticket services before, the flow here will feel familiar.
What the role looks like day to day
- Running 10–15 in-home appointments per week, scheduled internally
- Meeting homeowners who already understand why you’re there
- Managing your pipeline responsibly, including follow-ups and reschedules
- Working closely with leadership to keep deals moving smoothly
- Closers with real in-home experience
- People who show up prepared and on time
- Salespeople who follow up without being reminded
- Individuals who take ownership of their calendar and results
Earning potential
Strong performers typically produce $15,000–$20,000 per month. Top producers consistently exceed $25,000 monthly.
