What We’re Looking For
•At least 6 months– (in-home, canvassing, or virtual)
•Confidence closing deals solo or with light setter support
•High closing percentage, strong objection handling
•Coachable, competitive, and ethical
•Comfortable working commission-only and self-generating leads (or closing company ones)
Bonus Points If You Have
•Existing team or rep base looking for a better home
•Setter/closer model experience
•Fluent in Spanish (not required but a plus)
Pay Structure
•Commission-only: earn $2,000–$10,000+ per sale
•Monthly pay range: $10K–$50K+
•Bonuses and overrides available for team leaders
