Heavy Equipment Technician Apprentice

Duz Cho Construction is a rapidly growing heavy civil contractor with offices and operations in Northern BC and Alberta. We are looking for a HET apprentice to join our dynamic team! Duz Cho’s Construction’s labourers are versatile, capable of working in different areas with diverse teams, they go where the work needs them, whether it is helping our Journeyman Tradespeople, Equipment Operators or performing routing labouring activities at construction sites, in quarries, in our yard & shop, in the logging blocks and in mines.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

- Heavy Equipment Technician Apprentice

- Organizational and time management abilities

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to complete reports as required

- Ability to multi-task and meet objectives/deliverables

- High standards for work, meticulous, with great attention to detail and strong analytical skills

The HET position is a full-time, permanent position that works:

· Monday to Friday in the shop with some weekend work required;

· 8 to 10 hours per day.

Note: This is a very physical position and will require someone with strength and endurance.
