What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Operator / Sewer Specialist who excels in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing sewer and drainage systems. This role requires a valid Class A CDL to operate company truck and trailer equipment safely and in compliance with DOT regulations.

The ideal candidate is technically skilled, safety-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service in residential and commercial environments.

What You Will Do

- Operate company truck and trailer equipment in accordance with DOT regulations

- Perform drain cleaning and sewer line clearing services

- Operate sewer camera systems to inspect and diagnose line issues

- Perform hydro jetting services to clear blockages and buildup

- Identify root intrusion, collapsed lines, offsets, and structural sewer issues

- Recommend repair or replacement solutions, including trenchless options when applicable

- Perform sewer, water and bubbler line repairs and replacements

- Respond to emergency service calls professionally and efficiently

- Maintain service vehicle, trailer, tools, and specialized equipment

- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, scope of work, and pricing

- Maintain accurate service records and documentation

- Deliver exceptional customer service at every job

What You Will Need

- Valid Class A CDL (required)

- Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements

- 2+ years of experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, or sewer services

- Experience operating sewer camera equipment and hydro jetting systems

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Knowledge of local plumbing and sewer codes

- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs

- Comfortable working in confined spaces and outdoor environments

- Strong communication and customer service skills
