What You’ll Like About This Job

North American Construction Group (NACG) is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators for D9–D11 dozers at the Kearl mining site near Fort McMurray, AB. This 14/14 rotational position offers camp accommodations, paid flights, union membership, and a combined rate of up to $55.42/hour. Operators will support shovel operations, perform grade work, and operate in muskeg and soft ground conditions while maintaining strict safety compliance.

What You’ll Need

- Minimum 2 years experience operating D9–D11 dozers

- Minimum 1 year experience working with mining shovels

- Experience operating in muskeg/soft ground

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

- CSO Certification

- Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness

- Ability to pass drug, alcohol, fitness, and criminal record testing

- Strong safety-first mindset

- Strong grade reading and stake placement skills

- Experience supporting shovel operations in large-scale mining environments
