What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our specialized equipment fleet running strong. Your daily work will include:

- Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.

- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and high-pressure water pumps.

- Conducting inspections on brake systems, steering, wheel bearings, and other critical components.

- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.

- Managing parts inventory and keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe.

- Traveling to job sites across the region as needed.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 5+ years of mechanic experience, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. ASE certification is a plus.

- License: Valid CDL Class A or B (required for full sign-on bonus eligibility).

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.

- Physically Capable: Able to lift 50–70 lbs and work outdoors around active machinery.

- Flexible: Willing and able to travel frequently for field-based work.
