Performing grease trap cleaning services while operating in a safe manner and providing outstanding service for the customer.
- Perform grease trap cleaning service
- Fill out all paperwork at each job
- Complete work orders and manifests
- Collect payment on COD accounts
- Conduct pre-trip and post trip truck inspections
- Report any repairs needed on the truck to immediate supervisor
- Turn in all paperwork at the end of each shift
- Follow all safety regulations
- Assist customers in providing and maintaining a clean environment
- Valid class A or B commercial driver license
- Clean driving record and eligible for coverage on BGS vehicle insurance
- Able to pass DOT drug screen
- Valid DOT medical card
- Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Some overtime will be required and operating outside the normal working hours is a possibility.
- Most of this position is conducted outside so there is exposure to various weather conditions.
- Be able to lift and drag hoses with a weight of 50-75 lbs.
- Be able to climb in and out of the truck frequently during a shift
- Be physically capable of operating a vacuum truck
- Be able to remove and replace steel manhole covers weighing 100 lbs. and more.
