Purpose:

Support the Quality Department by developing and maintaining Quality System documentation, preparing and analyzing internal quality performance indicators, and actively contributing to the resolution and prevention of quality-related issues.

Main Responsibilities:

•

Draft and maintain documents related to the Quality Management System in accordance with established standards.

•

Prepare and analyze internal quality performance indicators (KPIs) and generate related reports.

•

Monitor and follow up on quality events, including customer complaints, non-conformities, and internal dissatisfaction.

•

Conduct root cause analysis on recurring quality issues to support corrective and preventive actions aimed at elimination or reduction.

•

Identify and implement improvements to existing quality processes and workflows.

•

Create, revise, and manage documents impacting internal quality KPIs and processes.

•

Facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing to enhance understanding and alignment on quality practices.

•

Assist Quality Department with Business Analysis related to defined KPIs

•

Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

Education requirement:

•

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related fields.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel

•

Strong problem-solving abilities

•

Effective time management with strong self-initiative and organizational discipline.

•

Strong reasoning skills (deductive and inductive) to evaluate and interpret data.

•

Critical thinking and analytical mindset for identifying trends and recommending improvements.

•

Familiarity with production processes of OCTG and Line Pipe Products

•

Understanding of data analysis techniques and tools for process evaluation and decision-making.

•

Knowledge of engineering methods for process improvement and implementation.
