Job Description Summary
The Field Quality Programs Leader is responsible for the global deployment and continuous improvement of field quality programs at GE Vernova Onshore Wind project sites. This role ensures that systemic issues are addressed through structured, field-executed actions — whether identified during project execution or initiated by Engineering through design changes, RCAs, or safety-related corrective actions (e.g., TILs, ETCs, Red Flag Reviews).
Acting as a critical interface between Engineering, Functional Quality, and Field Execution teams, the role drives the operationalization of product and process improvements across installation and commissioning. This includes ensuring field containment, execution feasibility, and full closure of actions tied to both reactive site feedback and proactive fleet-wide quality initiatives — ultimately supporting safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across global projects.
Job Description Essential Responsibilities:
The base pay range for this position is. 100,000.00 - 166,700.00 USD Annual The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on Wednesday July 9th, 2025.
