AMSOIL is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and manage our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and lead quality programs across multiple manufacturing locations. This role is responsible for establishing systems, maintaining records, driving continuous improvement initiatives, conduct audits, and ensuring company-wide training compliance. The Quality Manager will also interface regularly with vendors and local, state, and federal agencies to uphold AMSOIL’s quality standards. This position reports on-site to the AMSOIL Center located in Superior, Wisconsin
Core Responsibilities:
+ Ensure Quality Department alignment with AMSOIL Corporate Objectives + Responsible for performance management for a team of Quality Specialists + Accountable for cross-training and coverage for all Quality, legally required and systems critical activities
