What role you will play in our team

What you will do

ExxonMobil Global Projects is hiring talented Construction Engineers and Project Engineers to help deliver world-class projects in our unconventional portfolio. We’re looking for experienced professionals who bring technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for excellence, field leadership, and safety in project execution. If you’ve honed your skills in project management and project execution, now is the time to join a team that transforms ideas into reality.

About You

Skills and Qualifications

- Engineering degree required

- Demonstrated technical and/or leadership capability

- Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills

- Ability to analyze and discuss complex concepts effectively

- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to success of a team

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

- 5-15 years of experience

- Oil & Gas experience

- Leadership experience

- Project Management (construction and project engineering)

- Military experience
