Magic Glass Company, LLC , a Commercial Glass and Glazing Company is looking to hire a Glass and Glazing Estimator/Project Manager with excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills and 7 years of diverse Glass and Glazing Estimator/Project Manager experience. The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
•
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Construction Software
•
Technical ability to read, understand and accuracy interpret Architectural Drawings and Specifications for Glass and Glazing Division 08000 Scope of Work and prepare detailed competitive Bid/Take-Off from them
•
Have and maintain a Valid Driver's License
When Project is Awarded
•
Understand entire process of the Job from acquisition to closeout
•
Manage Job Costs to insure Job Profitability based on Bid, Vendor Procurement and Order Materials, Oversee Project Schedule, Supervision of Field Personnel
•
Work closely with General Contractor, Architect and other Professionals
•
Create/Request Shop Drawings and Submittals
•
Navigate and understand Building and Safety Codes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,400.00 - $93,600.00 per year
