- Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with residential customers.

- Assess property and power needs to recommend appropriate generator solutions.

- Present and explain product options, installation process, and financing.

- Prepare and deliver professional proposals and close sales.

- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements

- Proven experience in in-home residential sales (generator, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly way.

- Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-up skills.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Basic understanding of electrical systems and generator functionality is a plus.
