Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Gear Manufacturing Engineer for an on-site position in Houston, TX. This role involves overseeing manufacturing processes, designing and implementing engineering solutions, and ensuring efficient gear production. The Gear Manufacturing Engineer will work on machining operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to apply technical expertise to enhance machinery performance and reliability.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Gear Manufacturing Processes and hands-on experience in Gear machining operations

Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering principles

Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering, particularly in the context of gear and gearbox design

Experience in Machining and working with precision industrial equipment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in an engineering environment

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-disciplinary teams

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
