To provide timely, courteous and efficient scheduling of weekend emergency call back scheduling. Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8am - 5pm (remote), Monday 7am-4pm (in-office).
- Able to always demonstrate outstanding customer service
- Capable of handling large volumes of incoming customer calls
- The ability to fully understand what is being communicated to you by asking detailed questions and reinstating what was told to you by customers
- Attention to Detail in data entry of work orders
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service a plus
- Ability to work closely with Dispatchers, Customer Service Representatives, Technicians, Production Managers and Department Managers
- Knowledge and understanding of scheduling and dispatch software.
- Promotes teamwork and displays a positive attitude with co-workers
- Ability to organize yourself and your day without having someone set priorities for you
- Willing and capable of handling additional work or projects as assigned by the On Call Dispatch Manager
- Ability to stay self-motivated while working in a remote setting
