We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Office Clerk to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to our staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
•Open the office promptly at 8:00 AM and prepare for the day by brewing fresh coffee.
•Retrieve and bring mail into the office, distributing it accurately to designated staff mailboxes (no mail should be discarded).
•Screen and direct incoming phone calls and walk-in visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
•Scan bills and maintain accurate records.
•Monitor and maintain inventory of office and cleaning supplies, restocking as needed.
•Assist with promotional mailings
•Order business cards for staff members as required.
•Support employee onboarding and termination processes with attention to detail.
•Manage credit card records and updates.
•Maintain an up-to-date employee phone directory.
•Enter time card data into our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
•Clean out the coffee maker at the end of each day to ensure a tidy workspace.
Qualifications:
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Comfortable with basic office technology (e.g., phones, scanners, CRM software).
•A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
•Previous administrative or clerical experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule:
•Full-time, Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00 AM.
