What you will do:

- Process freight invoices and credits from vendors (mail, email, or vendor portal)

- Review cost transactions timely, identify chargeability to customers and post to customer contract, as applicable

- Process freight purchase order and submit transaction to AP for payment processing

- Ensure proper approvals for non-rechargeable transactions and credits

- Reconciliation freight transactions upon delivery / final pricing or requests

- Verify freight charge, process Change Order, resolve freight discrepancies and disputes

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

- High school diploma/GED or equivalent years of work experience

- 1-2 years of relevant work experience

- Advanced PC literacy in a Microsoft environment or ERP system

- Pay close attention to detail, prioritize and respond with sense of urgency
