Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Projects. We are in the business of repairing wind blades at different Wind Farms around the country. This position requires strong communication skills ( Bilingual, Spanish) attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Book flights for our technicians .
- Manage truck rental fleet ( about 20 trucks) in an efficient, safe and cost-effective operation for the company.
- Schedule maintenance for trucks, like oil changes.
- Reviewing invoices from rental company to make sure charges are correct.
- Handling accident reports, managing insurance claims.
- Work with telematics systems and GPS tracking.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist Operations Lead ensuring efficient inventory , order fulfillment and a safe and organized warehouse
- Processing shipping orders ensuring timely delivery.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Support team members with various projects as needed.
- Proven experience as an Fleet Administrator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Warehouse experience is preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) communication is a requirement.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
