Kiwa North America is experiencing rapid growth and we’re urgently seeking a driven FP&A Manager to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a full-time, high-impact role supporting strategic decision-making, M&A activities, and financial leadership across our North American operations.
You’ll work directly with the CFO North America and play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and post-acquisition integration.

- Provide relevant and accurate analytical review of the Group data and key performance metrics
- Lead post-acquisition purchase price accounting process for newly acquired companies
- Lead yearly budget process under the direction of CFO and coordinate process with different Finance leads
- Preparation of monthly variance analysis, including commentary, variance analysis, etc.
- Lead month end reporting exercise to headquarters
- Create Monthly, Quarterly and Executive Reporting packages
- Lead Quarterly Forecast process
- Coordinate with each business to implement and report on KPIs to monitor and access business performance
- Maintain Kiwa’s BI reporting tools, user maintenance, hierarchy and account mapping changes.
- Support CFO in M&A activities, include financial modelling, due diligence, data analysis, etc.
- Additional work and project to support CFO and leadership on as-needed basis
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting and working towards a Master in Finance
- Prior Exposure to buy-side M&A
- Experience working with a multinational Corporation and bringing a Global Perspective
- Experience with OneStream or Similar FP&A packages
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Prior exposure to Global corporations
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
