The FP&A Analyst is an integral part of our Accounting team based out of our US - Quincy, IL - Office (MNNS) site.

Compensation range for this position is $70,000.00 -$80,000.00

Position Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Primary hands-on support of the financial analyses within U.S. legal entity businesses.

+ Complete/execute financial analysis for monthly reviews + Ensure that information is accurate, complete, in compliance with management policy and reporting standards, and submitted on time + Participate in the analysis of operational results, business trends (internal and external) and make recommendations to ensure business success

Technical Competencies

+ Strong Excel skills – data analysis and model building + Word and PowerPoint skills – including developing presentations + Working experience with BI solution and KPI (key performance indicators) approach – (Cognos an advantage) + Working experience with an ERP system – JDE experience an advantage

Undergraduate degree in one of the following: Accounting or Finance
