We are seeking a Manager of our OneStream Platform with an FP&A background to join our FP&A organization. This role will be responsible for administering and enhancing our OneStream platform while also partnering with Accounting, Operations, and FP&A to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between finance and technology, ensuring the system empowers data-driven decision-making. This individual will work closely with finance, lines of business, IT and other business stakeholders to ensure the system supports financial planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis processes. As the primary owner of the OneStream platform, the manager will ensure the system runs efficiently, integrates with other corporate systems, and supports the company's financial objectives.
System Configuration & Maintenance: Maintain and enhance OneStream platform functionality, including business rules, workflows, dimensions, hierarchies, cube views, dashboards, and forms.
User Access & Security: Manage role-based user access, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and alignment with SOX and IT compliance standards.
Data Integration: Design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations between OneStream and source systems such as ERP, HCM, and data warehouses. Monitor data loads for accuracy and completeness.
System Enhancements & Upgrades: Partner with IT and vendors to test and deploy system patches, upgrades, or new modules. Provide change impact assessments and ensure minimal business disruption.
Workflow Optimization: Refine data entry, validation, and certification workflows to streamline FP&A and consolidation processes across business units and regions.
Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training resources. Conduct end-user training and support sessions for Finance, Accounting, and Business users.
Issue Resolution & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for OneStream issues, working across departments to diagnose problems and implement timely solutions.
