- Load and unload high-temperature ovens for the metal pouring process
- Assist with melt operations, including filtering, applying hot tops, covering, and repairing molds
- Monitor and maintain temperature control; perform deslagging procedures as required
- Disassemble, clean, and rebuild melt pots to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by supervision
- Adhere to all NOV company policies and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
- Read and interpret work orders to determine production requirements
- Accurately complete and submit labor tickets
- Stage work orders and materials to support the melt process
- Assist with melt operations as needed
- Prepare and stage work orders for the knockout process
- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer literacy required
- General knowledge of quality control principles required
- Prior experience or familiarity with the investment casting (lost wax) process preferred
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
