Summary

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at LED Phantom Distribution. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and other heavy equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of materials within our distribution center located in the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities

•

Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to move materials throughout the distribution center.

•

Load and unload trucks efficiently while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

•

Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels accurately.

•

Assist with materials handling tasks, including organizing and storing products appropriately.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the warehouse environment.

•

Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and reporting any issues promptly.

Requirements

•

Proven experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role within a distribution center.

•

Valid forklift operator certification is required.

•

Strong understanding of materials handling processes and safety regulations.

•

Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment including clamp trucks and pallet jacks is preferred.

•

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
