How You’ll Make An Impact

- Lead and develop a high-performing machine shop team

- Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reliability

- Collaborate across departments to meet production goals

- Manage budgets and optimize resources for cost-effectiveness

- Schedule and oversee maintenance to maximize uptime

- Analyze data and generate reports to inform decisions

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions

- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field

- 5+ years of machine shop management experience

- Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and HSE standards

- Proven leadership and team development skills

- Experience with inventory optimization and reporting

- Proven experience as a machinist

- Familiarity with AutoCAD, CNC Mastercam, ERP, and SAP
