The L&L Company is an established flooring company in the new homes construction industry and we are looking for a Production Coordinator to work at our corporate office in Manassas. Candidate will be working with flooring contracts and ordering material which will be installed in new homes. Candidate will be detail oriented and confident and competent while working with numbers, utilizing database research and analytical skills, and working in a team oriented, casual environment.
Responsibilities include:
•Determining mathematically the amount of flooring and ceramic material needed for a new home.
•Ordering determined amounts of flooring and ceramic material for each job to include following up with vendors on back orders.
•Coordinating orders with field personnel and trouble shooting questions on customer contracts.
•Working within databases to gather information and conduct data entry.
•Processing customer cancellations or change orders.
Requirements are:
•Aptitude to work within specialized database systems.
•Ability to stay organized while tracking and following up on jobs.
•Previous office administrative experience not necessary, but a plus.
•Ability to provide quality customer service to fellow team members.
•MS Office and Outlook experience.
•Interpersonal relationship skills.
•Knowledge of flooring products is a Plus.
•Transportation to work during normal business hours.
•A background check will be conducted prior to hire.
