Fleet Compliance Specialist

We are currently looking for an awesome individual to join our team in the role of Fleet Compliance Specialist. The person selected for this opportunity will focus on ensuring that all fleet operations align with safety standards and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities, and experience in the areas below, will include but are not limited to:

1. Going to the business DMV to register vehicles and handle other DMV needs

2. Handling all new equipment paperwork, including getting new titles

3. BIT inspections and sending reminders to mechanics monthly for what is coming due

4. DOT/Annuals

5. Die Electric

6. CAL OSHA

7. All other reports and inspections required fleet units to be certified and safe to operate.

8. Registrations (renewals, tags, plates, etc.) and adding all information into Teams/QB

9. Vehicle Insurance additions and removals

10. Submitting insurance claims when an accident occurs

11. Adding all compliance documents into Quickbase and Teams

12. IRP compliance and filing

13. CA air resource board – DOORS/TRUCRS

14. UCR annual registration

15. Yearly 2290 Filing

16. IFTA TN/GA equipment Quarterly filing

17. QuickBase updates of registrations, any reports and inspections that need to be in the documents section.

18. Recalls for all units

19. Toll Roads management

20. Travel bookings for mechanic team

21. Assist with maintenance entry updates as needed

22. Send oil service reminders monthly and track all oil services, this is to include sending reminders to mechanics for the BTs, and Diggers along with any puller’s compressors etc. These are set at 50 and 100 hr intervals.
