Summary of Position:
The Financial Reporting Assistant Manager will be a key contributor in quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and review in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations, consolidation process and financial review and analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Bachelor’s in Accounting, Master’s is a plus
•Four or more years of U.S. GAAP accounting and financial reporting experience
•Experience with public companies, energy industry experience is preferred
•Experience with consolidation and multiple currencies
•Attention to detail and analytical skills
•Effective teamwork and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:
•Prepares quarterly and annual reports for filing with the SEC.
•Manages internal and external auditors to provide support for audited financial statements and assist in implementation, maintenance, and adherence to internal controls under SOX.
•Assists in aspects of monthly close, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and advanced account analysis.
•Prepares and reviews monthly consolidation and equity transactions.
•Assists with complex accounting events.
•Identifies, recommends, and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
•Prepares monthly and quarterly bank reporting.

Salary:
$100,000/YR - $125,000/YR
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
